Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out, please don’t open the packaging film after receiving it and contact our customer service personnel to get return.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service to request return label.
2. Return to our warehouse.
3. Refund after receiving the product.

We accept no-reason returns within 14 days after receiving the product.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The logistics costs of orders are not refundable, only the product fees paid are refunded.
